Donna J. Fudge, Esquire

Donna J. Fudge is a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer. She received a B. S. degree cum laude in Economics and Finance from Marquette University. She graduated summa cum laude from Marquette University Law School. In law school, she served on the Marquette University Law Review and received numerous American Jurisprudence Awards.

Donna has developed a nationwide practice specializing in the defense of health care providers over the past 20+ years. She has argued before multiple Supreme Courts, and the Florida, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Iowa Appellate Courts in cases involving the defense of health care providers. Donna has also spoken at many national seminars regarding the defense of nursing homes, ALF’s, and other health care providers. Moreover, her ideas regarding defending the health care industry have been published in national legal magazines. Furthermore, Donna has developed a recognized expertise in Arbitration, including the drafting and enforcement of arbitration agreements as well as successfully defending health care providers in the Arbitration forum. Donna also has experience in numerous other areas of civil litigation such as products liability, premises liability, employment law & insurance defense.

Donna currently serves as Tort Counsel for the Florida Health Care Association. Donna has served as co-chair of the Long Term Care Subcommittee for the Defense Research Institute and the American Conference Institute’s Annual Forum on Preventing and Defending Long Term Care Litigation.” She also was appointed to serve on the Professional Ethics Committee of the Florida Bar.

Donna is licensed to practice law in Florida, New York, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, New Mexico, and Nebraska.
