Fred Bertron is an Associate in the St Petersburg office.
Mr. Bertron graduated from the University of Alabama, 1987, with a B.S. in Business Administration. He received his J.D. in 1994 from American University Washington College of Law. Mr. Bertron is licensed to practice law in Florida and Maryland.
Mr. Bertron focuses his practice on defending healthcare providers in negligence and wrongful death cases. He also has a specialty in the drafting and enforcement of arbitration agreements. Prior to entering the legal field, Mr. Bertron was the owner and operator of several small businesses, predominantly in the retail service industry.
A native of Tampa, Mr. Bertron has extensive family throughout the state. He enjoys the beach, fitness, reading, crossword puzzles, and spending time with his husband, Tim.
