Mindi Friedman graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science, cum laude. She received a Juris Doctorate from Marquette University Law School.
While at Marquette, Mindi was as a research assistant for the National Sports Law Institute, an Admissions Ambassador, and Director of Communications for the Business Law Society. She received Dean’s List and a book award for Advanced Legal Research. She was also a member of, and published upon graduation by, the Marquette Sports Law Review.
Mindi’s practice focuses on the defense of health care providers, with special emphasis on defending nursing homes and assisted living facilities. In addition, Mindi is skilled in the enforcement of arbitration agreements.
Mindi is a member of the Florida Bar and the State Bar of Wisconsin.
